Warehouse Operator

Job Overview:

Unload and stage incoming freight and courier shipments for processing and QA review.
Receive approved orders into the ERP system, documenting quantity and shelf location for traceability.
Review ‘job status’ and ‘available to ship’ reports to identify completed orders ready for shipment.
Monitor weekly project schedules to ensure timely shipment of MSO (Material Send-Out).
Print pick lists, pack orders appropriately for the chosen mode of transportation, and create required shipping documentation.
Report inventory discrepancies to maintain accurate on-hand counts.
Order crates, pallets, and shipping supplies as needed.
Assist with Capital vendor direct shipments by preparing all necessary shipping documents.
Communicate with local vendors regarding ETA and shipment of parts as required.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older (required for forklift certification).
Forklift experience is preferred.
Warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.
Experience reading engineering drawings is preferred.
ERP familiarity is preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and Word is preferred.
