Head of Global Commodity Management Machined Parts (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated support for our purchasing team in Brno or Subotica.

Your responsibilities:

• strategic orientation in global, optimal procurement markets as well as analysing global markets and preparation of forecasts

• qualifying and supporting the qualification of global suppliers in co-operation with cross-functions

• developing and maintaining strong relationships with global strategic sourcing organizations, as well as internal departments such as engineering, sales, quality, operational procurement, and manufacturing/service centers

• driving technical innovation and digitalization within the commodity in close cooperation with internal stakeholders

• continuously improve output and value creation for internal and external stakeholders while ensuring achievement of annual financial, operational, and strategic targets

• planning and implementation of global commodity strategies, achievement of CNI / budget targets as well as realization of innovations and cost and value engineering at the supplier

• leading a global team

Your profile:

• degree in business administration or mechanical engineering

• sound professional experience in purchasing, management experience and negotiating skills

• very good knowledge of SAPR3 CO and MS Excel

• strong ability to work in a team in an international environment

• business fluent English skills are essential due to the support of production sites abroad

• production sites abroad; willingness to travel abroad on business
