[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]
We are seeking a motivated Content Development Assistant to support the development of webform templates and manage digital content, gaining valuable experience in both technical implementation and content management within a government setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Development
Create and modify webform templates using JSON
Implement form logic and validation rules
Conduct thorough testing of templates and troubleshoot issues
Prepare technical documentation for templates and processes
Content Management
Update and maintain website content
Review and update FAQs and resource materials
Apply content management best practices
Support content review and updates
[What we are looking for]
Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and markdown formatting
Strong willingness to learn, especially in technical content development
Good written and interpersonal skills, and strong team player
Careful and meticulous worker
