Pre-Sale Part-Time Associate

Position Summary: As a Pre-Sale Associate at Planet Fitness, you’ll be the face of our brand during one of the most exciting phases—before our doors officially open! Your goal is to drive membership sign-ups, create positive first impressions, and help build a loyal member base from the ground up. If you enjoy meeting new people and thrive in a high-energy, goal-oriented environment, this is the role for you.

This is a great opportunity to grow with us—Pre-Sale Associates will be strongly considered for Front Desk roles once the club opens, with potential for continued advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Planet Fitness memberships to potential members during the pre-sale period

• Engage with walk-ins, community members, and outreach prospects to explain membership options and club amenities

• Represent Planet Fitness at off-site marketing events and community engagements

• Distribute marketing materials and generate leads

• Assist with pre-sale booth setup, organization, and cleanliness

• Maintain accurate member records and complete all necessary paperwork

• Support new members with sign-up questions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

• Uphold Planet Fitness' Judgment Free Zone® philosophy at all times

Qualifications:

· Previous customer service experience is preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic computer skills.

· Positive attitude with a passion for helping others and maintaining a welcoming environment.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

· High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands:

· Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods.

· Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.

· Ability to work in a gym environment, interacting with members while maintaining a clean, safe space, including cleaning locker rooms and bathrooms as needed.
