Auto Loan Collection Clerk

**Work schedule/hours will be determined upon hiring, but flexibility is required including some Saturdays / This is a 30 hour per week position**

We are in need of a collection person to administer company goals and objectives. We interact personally with our customer base on an ongoing basis.

Job Description:

• Collections/Asset Recovery
• Posting Payments (in person or via phone pay method) accuracy important
• Light Cash Handling
• Data Entry such as documenting customer conversations and follow-up as well as loan insurance updates
• Filing as needed, or as determined by Manager
• Email communication thru Outlook

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
• A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required
