AI/ML Developer - Tech Lead

Looking for a Senior AI/ML Developer with 8~10 years of Software Development work experience with 3+ years of advance Python programming, libraries and common frameworks and tools & technics. Advanced coding and software engineering skills and familiarity with software engineering principles around testing, code reviews and deployment. Hands-on experience with On-prem and Cloud based Enterprise Application Development. Strong knowledge and implementation experience with AI/ML systems & Tools, Familiarity natural language processing a plus

The candidate should have industry experience (preferably in Financial Services) in supporting enterprise applications and exposure to Cloud based AI/ML Ops engineering platforms.

• Design and develop AI/ML components and solutions using Python in On-Prem/Cloud based tools and techniques.
• Manage and use appropriate tools in the cloud, Build and deploy AI/ML Models with CICD experience.
• Responsible for developing/implementing AI/ML models to support current and future business needs.
• Participating in technical design, application build, configuration, unit testing, deployment and production support.
• Experience in Requirement Analysis, Problem diagnosis (Root Cause Analysis) and Problem resolution skills including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to service owners.
• Preparation and maintenance of appropriate technical, compliance/Audit documentations
• Experience in advance AI/ML tools and technics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must.

Education:

Bachelor of Computer Science, B.Sc/M.Sc and above – mathematician or statistician.

• Advance Python programming Skills.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.
• Ability to work with large-scale datasets and implement scalable ML solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
