We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant with an intrapreneurial spirit to join our team and help shape the future of our talent strategy. Job Accountabilities

• Own and lead the full-cycle recruitment process for high-impact roles, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders.
• Proactively source, attract, and engage passive talent through creative and targeted outreach strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners by delivering insight, guidance, and results.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience.
• Use data and metrics to influence decisions, identify trends, and inform recruiting strategies.
• Champion diversity and inclusion efforts across recruitment initiatives and hiring practices.
• Act as a talent brand ambassador, representing the organization with enthusiasm, professionalism, and authenticity.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources or Business. Required

Experience

7+ years of experience creating and implementing strategic sourcing plans to recruit top talent in an executive or senior level recruitment role internally or with an external search firm. Required

$70,630.00 - $121,080.00 per year
