The Opportunity 

Join Our Customer-Focused Team – 12-Month Fixed Term Contracts Available
 

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re seeking two enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Key Relationships and New Business Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis as a New Business Consultant. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the voice of our organisation - engaging with customers and financial advisers over the phone and in writing to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service across new business processing and policy updates.
 

You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end policy administration, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and proactively resolving queries with professionalism and care. Your ability to build rapport, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives will be key to your success. Experience in life insurance or a high-volume contact centre environment is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of compliance and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
