What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga 

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of our transformation journey—helping reimagine how 1.1 million Members experience the AA. You’ll lead initiatives that uncover real needs, enable adaptive delivery, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. 

You’ll also play a key role in shaping a lean, value-driven BA practice—mentoring others and championing agile ways of working across the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities | Ngā Haepapa 

• Lead discovery and framing using Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile principles to deliver member-centric, outcome-focused solutions 

• Drive user research, data analysis, and process optimisation to remove friction and unlock value 

• Translate insights into clear, actionable business cases and requirements that align with strategic goals 

• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and measurable impact 

• Mentor and uplift BA capability, fostering a culture of curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning 

• Actively contribute to the evolution of our transformation practice and agile maturity 

About You | Mōu 

You’re a strategic thinker, a systems navigator, and a passionate advocate for change. You bring: 

• 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in complex environments 

• Proven experience applying Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile methodologies 

• Strong understanding of both product and project delivery models 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 

• A growth mindset and a passion for improving customer experiences through data-informed decisions 

• BA certification (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) and a tertiary qualification (preferred) 

• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira, and Confluence
