What you’ll do ​& Who you are

Influencer Marketing Manager

As the Influencer Marketing Manager for mobile.de and Null-leasing.com, you will be responsible for shaping and scaling our influencer strategy across key platforms. You will drive full-funnel impact by identifying the right creators, building long-term partnerships, and leveraging influencer content to boost both performance and brand equity.

You will be part of our Growth Marketing team and work closely with Brand, Paid Social, Creative Studio, CRM and Analytics to define the role of influencer marketing in the broader marketing mix. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, your mission will be to elevate our influencer marketing into a scalable, measurable growth lever that supports our strategic objectives.

You will...

  • Own and execute the influencer strategy for mobile.de and null-leasing.com across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships – from micro to macro creators

  • Define campaign objectives, budgets, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Collaborate with Brand and Creative Studio to ensure messaging consistency and campaign integration

  • Use data and reporting tools to measure ROI, engagement, and conversion across all influencer activities

  • Build frameworks and processes for campaign planning, briefing, execution, and performance tracking

  • Work with Paid Social to amplify high-performing influencer content via paid channels (whitelisting, Spark Ads, etc.)

  • Track trends and platform updates to continuously evolve our creator approach
     

You are...

  • A strong communicator and relationship builder, able to manage partnerships with professionalism and creativity

  • Data-driven, with a sharp eye for performance and an ability to turn insights into action

  • Deeply familiar with the creator economy and how to navigate it across verticals and audience segments

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities

  • Proactive and hands-on – you enjoy getting into the details and building things from scratch

  • Curious and culturally attuned – you know what’s trending before it hits the mainstream
     

You have...

  • A bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and/or relevant experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships

  • 3+ years experience running influencer campaigns in-house or at an agency

  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact through influencer-led campaigns

  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and campaign reporting

  • Familiarity with influencer platforms and tools

  • Bonus: experience integrating influencer content into paid media strategies
