Description:
The Change Manager leads the development, implementation, and monitoring of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, learning and communication. Working across departments, they apply change management principles, ensuring all initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. The Change Manager will work with global, cross-functional teams to understand the impacts of change on people, processes, technology, and customer experience.The primary responsibility will be to utilize a consistent change management framework to reduce resistance, remove negative unintended consequences, communicate the changes, and maximize solution adoption
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management & Communication
Apply appropriate processes and tools to support effective adoption of the changes required by multiple programs/projects across the enterprise.
Conduct impact analysis, identify key stakeholders, and confirm change readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and build relationships with the business to educate about changes and help drive decisions.
Ownership of the development and maintenance of the change management processes and tools.
Develop and execute change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Design and distribute internal communication materials such as memos, newsletters, and updates to promote initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to guide teams through transitions and reinforce key messages.
Employee Engagement & Organizational Development
Conduct organizational assessments to identify performance, cultural, or structural gaps.
Design and implement innovative employee engagement strategies that support a motivating and inclusive workplace.
Measure the impact of engagement initiatives using KPIs, surveys, and qualitative feedback, and recommend improvements.
Administer regular employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results to guide improvements.
Maintain and update organizational charts, reflecting changes such as new hires, promotions, transfers, and resignations.
Stay abreast of trends and best practices in employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Learning & Development
Develop and implement targeted learning programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Facilitate upskilling and reskilling initiatives through tailored training sessions and materials.
Collaborate with internal leaders and external stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop content.
Lead employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with company values.
Create and manage training documentation, user manuals, and implementation materials.
Support a culture of continuous learning and adaptability across the organization.
Partner with leadership and project teams to integrate change strategies into broader transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in English; preferred fluency in other international languages, with superior proficiency in both written and oral communication.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in change management, employee engagement, or learning & development roles.
Change Management Expertise: Proven experience applying change management frameworks (Prosci) and driving successful adoption of change initiatives.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver projects on time.
Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence at all levels, and work collaboratively with diverse global teams across multiple time zones.
Communication & Storytelling: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and convey complex information clearly.
Collaboration: Proven success working across diverse global teams, fostering teamwork and alignment in a matrixed environment.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and similar platforms for document creation, data analysis, and presentations. Familiarity with change management and project collaboration tools is a plus.
