We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Level II Technician to join our team and help businesses thrive through technology.
What You’ll DoAs a Level II Technician, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to:
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 support, including:
- Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP/DNS
- Office 365/Exchange Online administration
- Network devices (firewalls, switches, routers)
- Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Perform desktop migrations, system upgrades, and patch management
- Configure and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Use PowerShell and other tools for automation and diagnostics
- Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
- Participate in on-call rotation and scheduled on-site visits
- Communicate clearly with clients and maintain high satisfaction scores
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or MSP environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with RMM tools, ticketing systems, and documentation platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
