About the role

Are you an expert in production planning looking for a chance to influence a key strategic process within an international company?
We are looking for an experienced Teamleader to design and optimize our production planning processes, drive further development, and establish planning as a critical strategic function within our company.
 

Your Mission

• Set up and develop efficient planning processes, considering customer requirements, material availability, and production capacity.

• Lead a team of two planners and support their professional development.

• Play a key role in long-term capacity planning, forecasting, and S&OP strategy.

• Collaborate with various teams—from production and project management to the supply chain department.

• Focus on data analysis, reporting, and production plan optimization.

• Contribute to strategic inventory management to ensure efficiency and material availability.

Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production or material planning, ideally within a manufacturing company.

• Strong analytical thinking and expertise in process management.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, or Navision.

• English proficiency at minimum B1 level—we work in an international environment.

• Ability to argue based on data and see solutions through to completion.

• Capable of navigating complex situations and finding effective, results-driven solutions.
