Business Bank (BB) offers a wide range of services and solutions to our small to medium, enterprise customers and our regional and agribusiness customers. We also take care of our personal and institutional online trading customers.
The Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team supports the full spectrum of customers’ needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have accountability for Deposit and Transaction Product, and Portfolio Management, Commercial Cards, Cash Channel Strategy, Payment Acceptance Solutions, Business Customer Onboarding, Customer lifecycle Management, and Business Customer Propositions.
Specifically, you will join the eCommerce Crew and be responsible for the product lifecycle, development, and management of the CommBank eCommerce product offering. In addition, work directly with our distribution teams across the Business Bank to support our bankers and deliver on customer outcomes.
Do work that matters
As an experienced Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for the value, viability, and key results of the eCommerce product portfolio. You are proficient across the following core product management capabilities:
Customer: deep customer obsession and expert knowledge on product user experience
Data: understand critical data points and drive key product insights
Industry: subject matter expert within the Payments Acquiring domain, competitor landscape, and technology trends
Business: strong financial leadership and deep subject experience of the legal and regulatory environment including risk, governance, and compliance frameworks
Product: subject matter expert within eCommerce product and propositions
In addition, you will lead 5-10 high performing product managers, and you will be responsible for driving people engagement, capability uplift, and talent strategy across the Crew.
Help us deliver a better future for Everyday Business Banking
5-7 years of Product Management experience within the Payments Domain
Lead and develop the capability of product managers within the chapter, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development
Collaborate with Crew Leads and Product Owners to align chapter skills with quarterly planning and delivery objectives
Contribute to delivery within your assigned squad, ensuring alignment with eCommerce objectives and customer outcomes
Facilitate cross-chapter collaboration and uplift chapter maturity through knowledge sharing and problem solving
Knowledge and experience in payments or merchant acquiring (preferred but not essential)
