We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our European HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) team!

In this role, you will support our sales organization by providing the technical expertise and tools needed to effectively communicate our solutions to customers. You will play a key part in driving customer acceptance, enabling control sales, and building a network of satisfied, referenceable clients.

This job is based in Warsaw, Poland.

We offer a flexible working schedule, with the option to work hybrid.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

  • Introducing new products to the market through promotional activities, technical seminars, training sessions, and on-site visits.
  • Developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Serving as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Evaluating market potential, identifying sales opportunities, and conducting competitive analysis.
  • Organizing and delivering technical and application training for customers.
  • Exploring business opportunities in related sectors such as food retail and supermarkets.
  • Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Working closely with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, technical demonstrations, and responding to technical inquiries.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Technical or Engineering degree in Refrigeration Technologies or Electromechanics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years of experience) in the HVACR industry, in technical positions.
  • A strong knowledge and a few years’ field proven experience in application engineering and/or sales in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems.
  • Ability to understand and communicate sophisticated technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Polish and English.
  • Willing to travel (40%).

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Experience in creating sales enablement materials such as presentations, datasheets and product guides.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
