We’re Hiring! – Sr. Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management & Analysis

• Perform monthly inventory reviews with the Materials Manager to ensure accuracy.

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory variance analysis.

• Oversee weekly cycle counts and investigate adjustments over $500 USD.

• Audit cycle count implementation and inventory control procedures.

Costing, Accounting & Internal Controls

• Ensure accurate and timely product costing and budgeting.

• Update annual costs and review cost changes with Engineering.

• Audit BOMs with Engineering when required.

• Consolidate monthly Plant Dashboards.

• Perform month-end closing for US Books (US GAAP) and reconcile balance sheets.

• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budget projections.

• Manage cash flow summaries, accounts receivable/payable reviews, and bank reconciliations.

• Support internal and external audits (Financial & Trade Compliance).

• Assist the Controller in reviewing and auditing Internal Control Questionnaires.

✅ Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Costing.

• Inventory analysis experience.

• Knowledge of MEX and US GAAP.

• Conversational English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

💡 Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.

• Basic knowledge of C-TPAT & OEA standards.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Valid driver’s license and US visa.

• Proactive and detail-oriented profile.
