Job Description
The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency of all logistics and warehouse facilities. This role plays a critical part in supporting business continuity by managing infrastructure, technical installations, and facility-related services to meet operational requirements, regulatory compliance, and sustainability goals.
The Facility Manager will oversee maintenance, energy usage, building projects, and vendor management while ensuring minimal disruptions to warehouse operations. Working closely with SCM, Health & Safety, and Procurement teams, the Facility Manager will help align facility strategies with long-term logistics growth and network development.
Responsibilities
Coordination of activities related to the technical maintenance of site;
Cooperation with the Lessor and its technical service department, including the control of operating costs, supplies and consumption of utilities, etc.;
Supervision over the performance of maintenance works and removal of current breakdowns in the building's installations (electrical, sanitary, ventilation, heating, cooling, fire protection) and liquidation of the resulting damages;
Cooperation with external companies in the implementation of orders related to technical infrastructure;
Preparation of plans and control over the implementation of inspections, repairs and modernization investments;
Budget planning and control;
Supervision over implementation of cleaning services;
Managing and reviewing service contracts;
Checking completed work by vendors and contractors;
Recommending maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications;
Promoting compliance with health and safety and fire protection regulations;
Manage and support 3rd party service providers such as waste management company, security, cleaning provider and others;
Dealing with the landlord and state authorities in matters related to building and technology permits;
Supervision over whole process of providing (electricity, water, gas and heating services.
Collaboration in the implementation of the company's strategic goals consisting in adapting resources to increased production (ensuring an appropriate number of lockers, toilets, social rooms and others).
Taking care of the correct implementation of the insurance program, incl. claims handling.
Establishing and supervising the facility maintenance team
Ensuring the quality of cooperation between departments
Compliance with the law, Autodoc Code of Conduct, pursuit of excellence and related corporation laws
Ensuring confidentiality and data protection and attention to the company’s image
Performing other task delegated by supervisor under the employment contract
Qualifications (Essential)
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical field
Advanced knowledge of English
Basic project management skills; ability to manage CAPEX and renovation projects
Proven experience in managing building maintenance, HVAC, fire protection systems, and energy/utilities in large-scale facilitie
Knowledge of MS Office,
Knowledge of Excel
Qualifications (Desired)
Knowledge of AUTOCAD
Proficient in facility management systems (CAFM/CMMS)
Knowledge of Automotive industry
Knowledge of Risk Management
Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge
