Sr Engineer I - Manual Testing

What You'll Do:

• Be an integral part of the online Digital Gaming team, responsible for testing iGaming products.

• Develop test planning documentation based on requirement specifications.

• Develop and implement a test strategy for both manual and automated test suites.

• Analyze and verify efficient automated and manual test approaches, completing functional, compliance, acceptance, integration, installation, and system testing.

• Expand and improve the test suite by adding new tests.

• Conduct functional and non-functional tests to ensure product quality.

• Provide accurate estimates for test activities.

• Ensure consistency to quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with distributed team members to achieve seamless integration.

• Apply your knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and web technologies to identify and resolve bugs.

• Support and mentor junior team members to foster growth and development.

• Address technical issues and follow through to resolution.

• Perform performance testing and present validated results to the Project Teams.

• Adhere to good development practices in line with AW4 ST guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of extensive experience in Manual testing.

• Proven experience working with the iGaming team, testing various game developments for online and handheld markets.

• Ability to work with QA Manager and QA team lead in preparing and performing test plans.

• Expertise in crafting and completing test cases and conducting product requirements analysis.

• Skilled in identifying and resolving code issues, providing detailed feedback to the development team.

• Experience in modifying game code to trigger features required by testing objectives.

• Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, and deep experience in design and development using these technologies.

• Passion for testing robust, high-performing applications under time constraints and compliance requirements.

• Strong understanding of mobile devices and web applications.

• Prior experience with Gaming Software is highly regarded.

• Solid knowledge of JIRA and other test management tools.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective communication with collaborators.

• Ability to mentor and coach team members when necessary.

• Proactive in suggesting improvements to the overall testing process, including tools, processes, and test cases.
