QA/Test Engineer

<strong>At Axians, we value talent, not labels. </strong><br /> We believe in a culture of inclusion, where everyone has a place and all applications are considered based on merit, without discrimination. <br /> This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation. <br /> At the same time, you are guaranteed to balance your work and family life, with premium benefits, stability and personal recognition. <br /> <br /> <strong>💻 THE ROLE</strong><br /> We are looking for a #TechTalent to take on the role of <strong>QA/Test Engineer</strong> for a project in the <strong>logistics sector</strong>.<br />  <br /> <strong>🙂 RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> <ul> <li>Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure our products and services meet internal standards and customer expectations;</li> <li>Define and enforce quality standards in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams;</li> <li>Own the development and maintenance of test plans, automated test suites, and performance benchmarks across our platforms;</li> <li>Establish and monitor quality metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement;</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in testing processes by leveraging automation and integrating best practices in agile software development;</li> <li>Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to enhance test environments and support scalable testing pipelines;</li> <li>Provide guidance on bug tracking, test documentation, and defect resolution processes;</li> <li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety.</li> </ul> <br /> <strong>💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</strong> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally working on both backend and frontend systems;</li> <li>A strong track record in delivering high-quality web and backend applications, especially consumer facing products;</li> <li>Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case development, defect tracking, and test planning;</li> <li>Hands-on experience with automated UI testing tools and frameworks;</li> <li>Comfortable collaborating on API testing, performance/load testing, and supporting scalable quality pipelines;</li> <li>Experience with Git, Agile development practices, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions);</li> <li>Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog) to support test coverage and incident analysis;</li> <li>Prior experience improving test environments in collaboration with infrastructure engineers;</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a pragmatic and autonomous approach to work.</li> </ul> <strong>⭐ WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US </strong><br /> <br /> <strong>Opportunity to lead major projects </strong><br /> By leading projects for an international Axians customer, you can make your mark in the IT world. <br />  <br /> <strong>Recognition as a professional and as a person </strong><br /> For Axians, the professionals who lead customer projects have a name and a face and are therefore recognized by the company. <br />  <br /> <strong>Work Life Balance and premium benefits </strong><br /> Axians values the family life of its employees by giving 5 days beyond those legally provided after the birth of children.
