Regional Manager - Inclusive Employment Australia - Southeast QLD

As the Regional Manager Inclusive Employment Australia, you will drive strategic and operational growth while creating a culture where staff feel appreciated and recognised. What will you be doing?

• Assess current business needs and drive improvements

• Lead and provide direction to the team

• Use your strong relationships in the region to further develop strong relationships with a number of key stakeholders

• Be responsible for a number of offices ensuring processes are being followed and be an advocate for positive change

• Support your managers in the region and be someone they can bounce ideas off, support with staff training and day to day operations

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in running teams across a number of sites

• Bring your strong business background and be able to share your knowledge with the team

• Experience in motivating and driving teams towards a common goal

• Be able to inspire and bring your team together

• Be open to challenges and working with other Senior Managers to further improve process and performance

• You love driving people capability and being a key stakeholder to drive outcomes across the region

• Some travel is required

To be considered:

• Have full working rights in Australia

• Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle

• Complete an Australia History Criminal Check

• Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment

• Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
