Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Worldwide Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that support key business priorities and strategic product or solution launches. This role will develop and drive global go-to-market plans that span digital, social, events, nurture to accelerate pipeline and brand impact. The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional collaborator with experience bringing complex B2B marketing programs to life across global teams.
Core Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Plan Development & Execution
Build and execute global marketing plans that align to strategic business priorities and launches
Define objectives, audience strategy, messaging, and channel mix across paid, owned, and earned media
Drive coordination across content, digital, social, events, and partner teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
Manage timelines, execution plans, and measurement frameworks to ensure on-time and high-impact delivery
Content & Messaging Strategy
Translate complex product and solution value propositions into compelling marketing narratives
Lead creation of content in partnership with external creative teams (e.g., videos, web, thought leadership etc.)
Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints, including internal and external channels
Social & Partner Activation
Amplify across various Z social platforms
Identify and integrate third-party platforms, influencers, or co-marketing opportunities to extend campaign reach
Collaborate with key software and channel partners on joint messaging and activation plans when relevant
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the marketing lead across strategic initiatives, collaborating with product marketing, market marketing teams, category, comms etc.
Track performance and optimize initiatives for pipeline impact
Oversee agency and vendor teams to support execution and creative development
Qualifications & Skills:
6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on integrated marketing plan development and execution
Proven ability to manage multi-channel initiatives tied to business priorities and measurable outcomes
Strong project management and collaboration skills across global, cross-functional teams
Excellent communicator and storyteller with experience translating technical value into customer-centric messaging
Background in technology, SaaS, or solutions marketing preferred

Compensation:
The base pay range for this role is $104,800 to $149,350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
