Location: Tall Tree Early Learning Manning

Compensation: $39.67-$47.04 (based on experience and qualification)

Full-Time | Permanent - Monday to Friday | Full Availability between the hours of 6.30am to 6pm

About The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher / Educational Leader to join our team at Tall Tree Early Learning in Manning. This is a key role for someone who enjoys mentoring educators, designing meaningful learning experiences, and building strong relationships with children and families.

As the Educational Leader, you will guide the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs for children aged 0–5. You will also support and inspire our team of educators, working closely with the Centre Director and leadership team to maintain excellence across the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality, play-based learning programs tailored to children’s developmental stages and individual interests.
• Develop strong, respectful relationships with children that foster their sense of belonging and well-being.
• Partner with families to support each child’s learning journey, maintaining open, ongoing communication.
• Document children’s learning and development through observations, learning stories, and individual portfolios.
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and safe learning environment that supports exploration and discovery.
• Collaborate with the Centre Director and leadership team to maintain high standards of practice aligned with NQS, EYLF, and Tall Tree’s philosophy.
• Uphold compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including child protection and workplace health and safety.

What We’Re Looking For:

We are seeking a qualified, experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher who brings both leadership and inspiration to their teaching practice. The ideal candidate will:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Experience in a leadership, mentoring, or Educational Leader role
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and current early childhood practices
• Excellent planning, communication, and documentation skills
• A collaborative, supportive, and professional approach to teamwork
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• Valid Working With Children Check
