About your role,
We are seeking a commercially minded and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. This role is central to how we understand and engage our customers, optimise marketing performance, and improve digital and customer experiences. Working across data, marketing, CX, and digital product, this person will bring together insights from multiple platforms to drive smarter decisions, stronger campaigns, and better outcomes.
- Drive performance reporting across digital, email, social, and paid channels using HubSpot, GA4, and Tableau to optimize engagement.
- Lead testing and CX improvements through A/B and multivariate experiments, enhancing conversion rates and reducing customer friction.
- Build advanced analytics models—from multi-touch attribution to CLV and conversion propensity—to deepen customer understanding.
- Map key customer journeys by integrating operational, customer, and commercial metrics across platforms like Zoho, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
- Deliver strategic insights from customer data, VOC programs, and dashboards to elevate marketing performance, budgeting, and cross-functional alignment.
About you
- Analytics leader with experience driving performance across marketing, CX, and commercial functions.
- Tech-savvy strategist fluent in HubSpot, Zoho, GA4, Tableau, SQL, Python and Excel—turning data into decisions.
- Insight-to-action expert, translating complex analytics into clear, high-impact recommendations and business cases.
- Advanced modelling pro, skilled in regression, segmentation, scenario design, and lifecycle tracking to uncover growth drivers.
- Cross-functional communicator, adept at stakeholder engagement, mentoring peers, and embedding test-and-learn culture
