What You’ll Be Doing:

• Enter, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Report progress and compliance status to management regularly
• Verify data accuracy and completeness across all platforms
• Collaborate with production and inventory teams to ensure documentation compliance
• Establish a framework for ongoing compliance on new orders and parts
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive production data
• Provide administrative support to the manufacturing team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry tools
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Additional certification or training in data entry or office administration
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and terminology
• Experience using ERP or inventory management software
