As Junior Associate, Revenue and Accounts Receivable, you will play an essential role in shaping a high-quality Order-to-Cash operation within Moderna’s international footprint. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue and Accounts Receivable International, you will be instrumental in driving accurate, timely, and compliant processes for cash application and accounts receivable. Working from our Warsaw-based Global Business Services hub, your attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and proactivity will be key in enabling a strong SOX-compliant monthly and quarterly close. This is a unique opportunity to support Moderna’s rapid global growth while building your technical skillset and gaining exposure to SAP, Excel, and advanced financial controls.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Your key responsibilities will be:
Execute day-to-day Order-to-Cash operations and ensure accurate cash application across customer accounts.
Match incoming payments with client invoices and accounts while identifying and resolving mismatches, including overpayments, underpayments, and misapplied cash.
Monitor outstanding balances to maintain up-to-date and accurate customer account information.
Prepare and distribute customer statements, credit memos, and invoices in alignment with policy and regulatory standards.
Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes by preparing AR journal entries and performing account reconciliations.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Produce ad hoc AR reports, analytics, and support documentation for internal stakeholders.
Contribute to SOX-compliant processes across revenue and AR operations, aligning with audit and control frameworks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to resolve billing or cash discrepancies.
Help maintain a culture of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance throughout Moderna’s finance operations.
Support the wider Order-to-Cash team with administrative needs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
0,5 - 1 years’ of accounting experience
Excellence English language skills (written and verbal)
Experience with Account Receivable processes or SAP use is an asset
Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Good organization of work
Proactive mindset
