Are you an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment? We are looking for an AP Junior Accountant to support key financial processes such as invoice processing, intercompany transactions, and travel expense auditing.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the quality and timeliness of processing invoices, travel expense reports, and intercompany transactions (IC).
Support the organization with accounting knowledge and perform operational tasks.
Key Tasks
Post PO and non-PO invoices according to Hempel procedures.
Audit and post travel expense reports (Concur, Detect).
Register and reconcile IC transactions, confirm balances.
Verify the correctness of postings (cost centers, units, VAT, employee ID).
Reconcile AP-GL accounts, posting accruals, perform currency revaluations.
Contact suppliers, employees, and local teams to resolve discrepancies.
Create and update process documentation.
Support internal and external audits.
Ad hoc reporting.
Participate in projects assigned by superiors
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area (could be in progress for PLGDN)
No experience required
Good command of the English language
Knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Professional certifications will be seen as an asset
Second language is seen as an asset
Knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Knowledge in using D365, AX2009, SAP, SAP Concur will be seen as an asset
