Allied Credit is a leading vehicle finance firm with strategic alliances with global car, marine and motorcycle brands Offering white label, joint venture and floorplan finance, our proprietary software provides a seamless, convenient and customer-focused finance service to consumers and businesses.
We are seeking two Product Operations Specialists who will play a key role in ongoing operational management of our Products and support new features and implementations, ensuring efficient and effective execution through process optimisation, planning, analysis, and testing.
The ideal candidate will be someone with hunger, enthusiasm and a relentless drive to succeed—someone who’s not just looking for a job, but a chance to make a real impact. You’ll bring a strong background in product operations or technology, ideally within asset finance, coupled with excellent analytical, organisational and change management skills which will see you thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
What you will be doing
• Supporting ongoing maintenance of all product statements, documents, pricing, features, website content, reviews and training materials.
• Working closely with Product Managers to ensure product and process designs align to business objectives and comply with relevant legal, regulatory and tax requirements.
• Suggesting and implementing refinements to operational processes and by conducting as-is and to-be process mapping to identify gaps which ensure best practices are maintained.
• Gathering, analysing and reporting on product data to inform decision-making and track progress.
• Use digital analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel, to uncover user behaviour trends and inform product strategy.
• Facilitating communication between Product and business stakeholders, Technology and other relevant teams related to operational and feature changes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including digital agencies, tech developers and automotive OEMs to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions.
• Supporting change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
• Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test cases and ensuring requirements are met.
• Conducting user research and market analysis to support informed product development.
Your background
• Tertiary qualifications applicable to Business, Finance or Commerce.
• Solid foundational experience in financial services or banking, with at least some exposure to product management practices.
• Possessing intermediate-to-advanced skills in Excel with the ability to review data, draw trends/ insights and present them to stakeholders. Knowledge of Google Analytics/ Mixpanel would be highly valued but it is not essential.
• Experience performing UAT.
• Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment. Energy, enthusiasm and drive are non-negotiables!
• Be able to work collaboratively and effectively manage, communicate with and influence multiple stakeholders.
