Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying your business and functional knowledge to enhance the testing process. By implementing key metrics, you will manage and assess the testing lifecycle, ensuring effective test execution and defect resolution, ultimately driving quality across the application lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with defect tracking and test management tools. - Ability to design and implement effective test strategies and plans. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
