Description
Pi-Cardia, a dynamic medical device startup specializing in cardiovascular innovations, is looking for a skilled Planner to join our team. If you excel in inventory management, production planning, and cross-department collaboration, we want to hear from you. Use your expertise to streamline operations, support production, and drive efficiency across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management – Developing the company's purchasing plan (including the procurement budget), initiating purchase orders accordingly, managing material flow from warehouse receipts to production availability, managing shortages, identifying, and managing risks.
- Production Planning – Responsible for creating and executing the company's production plan, opening work orders for production.
- Process Management – Managing processes such as inventory counts, internal controls, costing, and more.
- Bill of Materials (BOM) Updates – Updating product BOMs as needed.
- Yield Analysis – Analyzing the yield of parts, raw materials, and assemblies in production, drawing conclusions, and building work plans accordingly.
- NPI Support – Supporting the transfer of NPI (New Product Introduction) products from development to production.
- Tool Development – Developing professional tools to improve the role's efficiency (defining operational KPIs, using BI systems, advancing planning tools/methods).
- Project Management – Managing internal projects.
- Routine and Process Building – Establishing routines and work processes.
- Capacity Analysis – Analyzing production capacity and identifying bottlenecks in production.
- Cross-Department Collaboration – A central role in the company, involving work with many interfaces such as production, engineering, QC/QA, logistics, development, regulatory, clinical, finance, and more. Example: Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (Priority advantage).
- Strong analytical, self-learning, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix team with attention to detail.
