Manager, Workforce & Operational Excellence

We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven leader to join us as Manager, Workforce & Operational Excellence. In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing workforce planning team, driving continuous improvement and operational optimisation across the business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, finance, and cross-functional teams to deliver insights, implement change, and foster a culture of excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading workforce planning and budget management, using data and tools to guide strategic decisions
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance
• Partnering with senior leaders to identify opportunities and implement change across the organisation
• Supporting change management and training strategies to build capability and close skill gaps
• Embedding a data-led decision-making culture and applying a risk lens to all improvement activities
• Managing financial performance tracking tools and communicating strategic priorities across the business
• Overseeing the development of process mapping and cost analysis to assess project feasibility
• Acting as a mentor and leader, fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in workforce planning within a complex, matrixed organisation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in financial and data analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
• A collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and team development
• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable
