Manager - Planning and Budget.FinTech

Financial Reporting and Planning • Preparation of monthly and quarterly Operation Review Report • Provide monthly report to management, including detailed variance analysis and explanations highlighting trends for prognosis and management decision-making. • Collect and analyse monthly non-financial information liasing with the CVM section • Provide input any costing tool • Responsible for forecast and business plan process • Load forecast and budget • Provide adhoc reports as may be required by Management and Group both Fintech and MTN Group • Identify business reporting needs and work with other stake holders to develop and tests new reports, balance results with alternate sources, seek out peer review
Supervisory / Leadership / Managerial Tasks: • Strong teamwork element involved in this position • Coordinating report requests and their collating into meaningful documents • Prepare Board papers
Education: • A first degree in a accounting, economics or finance related discipline. • A professional accounting qualification
Experience: 3 years work experience in an accounting/finance environment • Experience in analysing performance and providing sound variance explanations
Training: • Data management • Financial systems • Revenue accounting • International Accounting Standards
