As Senior Technical Specialist skilled in leading high-quality, timely software releases with a strong focus on risk mitigation and team mentorship. Adept in Java 17, Spring/Hibernate, Kafka, Kubernetes, SQL, and cloud platforms, with additional expertise in Linux, Optical Networks, and NMS. Proven ability to drive innovation, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.

  • Assess, plan, and execute releases on time with high quality. Mitigation is a key criterion for this role.
  • Manage people effectively, including performance appraisals, mentoring team members, and facilitating their career growth.
  • Provide technical leadership to the team for effective feature assessment, planning, and troubleshooting.
  • Have experience interacting with customers and/or customer-facing teams.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership think on your feet to assess and handle situations proactively.
  • Challenge the status quo and drive relevant and applicable changes within the team.
  • Have experience interacting with customers and/or customer-facing teams.
  • Lead innovation and create an environment that fosters to lead.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree 10- 15 years of experience.    
  • Expertise in Java 17, Spring/Hibernate, Kafka/Zookeeper, SQL, and advanced Java troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud technologies and familiarity with Linux.
  • Have experience interacting with customers and/or customer-facing teams.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Knowledge of the optics domain and NMS is value add.
  • Willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
