Talent Acquisition Intern - Financial Services

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People team at Stockbit. This internship will provide you with valuable insights and practical experience in the recruitment process. You will assist in various recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to managing candidate communications. As a TA Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the development and posting of job descriptions
• Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and the hiring team
• Conducting initial outreach to potential candidates via email and social media
• Maintaining and updating candidate records in the recruitment database
• Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Economic
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Having interest in investment or capital markets is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
