About Udhyam:
Udhyam Learning Foundation (Udhyam) is on a mission towards Making Bharat Entrepreneurial. We believe that entrepreneurship is a powerful way to channelize an individual’s potential. Entrepreneurship enables agency and allows an individual to work on their strengths while creating value for the world.

Our programs:
- Udhyam Shiksha works on developing entrepreneurial mindsets among the youth and enabling them to achieve their potential, having impacted ~40,00,000 learners across 12 Indian states.
- Udhyam Vyapaar focuses on nano businesses in India, and solving large problems faced by them, at scale; having already enabled income uplift for 10,000+ entrepreneurs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete implementation and operations of the program in Uttar Pradesh. Ensure delivery quality and monitor compliance with government regulations and public policy.

• Build and manage relationships with Samagra Shiksha, government officials, partners, school principals, and teachers. Act as the primary liaison and site coordinator.

• Define goals, co-create implementation strategy, manage project plans, and conduct periodic reviews to align teams and outcomes.

• Build team capacity for data collection and analysis to enable data-driven decisions.

• Promote Udhyam's mission, values, and organisational culture to internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct regular district-level visits for on-ground monitoring and insights.

Skills, Experience, and Mindsets:

• Based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

• 8+ years of experience, especially in working collaboratively with government stakeholders on large-scale programs.

• Comfortable working with a diverse group of individuals to meet project objectives within established timelines; can effectively move from strategy to details in a seamless way.

• Strong planning, execution, and program ownership mindset.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong bias for action and hands-on approach to problem solving.

• Prior experience in the education sector or state PMUs preferred.
