The Position
Roche/Genentech's Clinical Development organization focuses on late-stage clinical strategies (Phase 2-3) for medically differentiated therapies.
A Clinical Scientist, working within a clinical science team, contributes to the Clinical Development Plan (CDP) for molecule(s), and supports its execution.
The individual in this role will work very closely with both early and late stage development colleagues to support the MS portfolio, within the Neurology Therapeutic Area.
This role is based in Basel, Switzerland.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will be:
Defining trial/protocol development strategies within the broader CDP.
Contribute to Medical Data Review Plan, database lock, data interpretation, and Clinical study report (CSR).
Contributing to clinical science strategy for CTA/EC submissions and HA responses.
Independent interaction with investigators and contribution to investigator meetings.
Contributing to Therapeutic Area Expert interactions.
Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree (life sciences), Advanced Clinical/Science Degree preferred (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MSN, MPH). Knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA, EMA, and other relevant guidelines.
Experience of Neuro-immunology drug development
Ability to influence strategically and work independently. Experience with Study Management Teams (SMT).
Problem-solving skills for unique challenges impacting organizational goals. Ability to partner across diverse regions, cultures, and time zones, fostering an inclusive environment.
Strong verbal communication, influencing skills (without authority), and relationship-building with internal and external partners.
