Job Description

Major Accountabilities

Support the coordination and execution of learning deployments.
Assist in preparing deployment materials, communications, and timelines.
Collaborate with learning designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Monitor learner feedback and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure learning experiences are accessible and inclusive.

Required Experience

Essential

Experience supporting learning or programme deployments
Strong organisational and communication skills
Familiarity with learning platforms and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Communications, or related field
Languages: Fluent English
