Job Description

Major Accountabilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of learning deployments.
  • Assist in preparing deployment materials, communications, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with learning designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor learner feedback and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure learning experiences are accessible and inclusive.

Required Experience

Essential

  • Experience supporting learning or programme deployments
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with learning platforms and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Communications, or related field
  • Languages: Fluent English
