Linea Aqua operates across Sri Lanka and Vietnam, and in addition to swimwear, also offers activewear solutions to select customers, providing a comprehensive service across performance and lifestyle categories. Along with servicing its joint venture partner, Speedo, the company also services premier international brands such as In Private, Aerie, and Land’s End, and is the go-to manufacturer for high-performance swimwear worn by Olympic athletes.

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Data Evangelist. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights, is passionate about cloud-driven analytics, and has a strong foundation in automation and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, design data pipelines, and develop dashboards that support data-driven forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making
Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques and deliver actionable insights through regular, well-structured reports
Build and automate data workflows using Python, and develop AI/ML models to solve business challenges and improve efficiency
Leverage Microsoft Azure and other cloud-based tools for end-to-end data management, advanced analytics, and scalable model deployment
Evaluate emerging technologies and digital tools to integrate innovative, cloud-based analytics solutions that drive business value
Act as a data champion; conduct internal trainings, promote data literacy, and support teams in adopting analytics tools and best practices across the organization

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or capacity involving data analytics, automation, or digital transformation
Strong hands-on experience in Python for automations, including scripting and process optimization
Proven knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and model deployment in cloud environments
Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure and its data ecosystem
Ability to interpret data, think critically, and communicate insights effectively
A relevant degree in a field related to Data, Analytics, Business, or Information Technology.
