Linea Aqua is a swimwear manufacturer, established as a joint venture between MAS Holdings and Speedo International in 2001. Linea Aqua operates across Sri Lanka and Vietnam, and in addition to swimwear, also offers activewear solutions to select customers, providing a comprehensive service across performance and lifestyle categories. Along with servicing its joint venture partner, Speedo, the company also services premier international brands such as In Private, Aerie, and Land’s End, and is the go-to manufacturer for high-performance swimwear worn by Olympic athletes.

Key Responsibilities;

• Create and develop graphic designs for garments, including prints, repeat artwork, logos, and embroidery or embellishment elements.
• Support the product development team with artwork placements for garment samples and bulk production.
• Prepare and finalize print files according to technical specifications for manufacturing.
• Ensure all designs comply with brand and customer guidelines.

Knowledge And Skills;

• Degree or diploma or any other qualification in Textile and Clothing Technology . 
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design principles
• A good sense of the apparel field (including an understanding of design application in garments, trims, branding, etc.)
• Ability to work under critical situations and manage deadlines
• Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for tasks assigned
