As we strengthen our sales team in Denmark, we're looking for a young professional or experienced Business Development Manager (m/f) to drive our growth within Denmark’s local construction sector. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and engaging in new business opportunities, bringing innovative software solutions to an industry in digital transformation.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to construction companies, showcasing how our technology can boost efficiency, reduce costs, and empower digitalization across the entire value chain. Your insights and strategic approach will directly contribute to shaping the digital future of construction in Denmark. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sustainable innovation in the construction sector by identifying, prospecting and actively engaging new potential B2B-customers with our efficient software solution. Get the the market engaged and help the industry build better – not just for today, but for future generations.
  • Consult with potential clients to present tailored software solutions that directly address operational pain points of the construction industry and improve project outcomes.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from market research and first engagement to deal negotiation and final closing—ensuring an exceptional customer journey at every touchpoint.
  • Lead contract negotiations and collaborate closely with Customer Success Management to guarantee seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Maintain proactive sales reporting, tracking KPIs and sharing performance insights with the Sales Management team to inform strategy and refine execution.

Essential Requirements:

  • You are based in Denmark and a valid driver’s license & access to a car ensure you're ready to visit clients if virtual appointments aren't feasible, Regions: Sjælland og Fyn.
  • This role is open to both: professionals with 2–3 years of experience who are eager to proactively take the next step, as well as seasoned candidates with a strong record, coming with a background from
  • Ability to communicate & sell value-driven (solution-based) offers to stakeholders at all level withing construction-related target groups.
  • Fluent Danish and English language skills (both Level C).
  • construction software companies with experience in selling SaaS software
  • OR construction related companies within a sales-related role (e.g. client-facing & relationship building skills as Commercial Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Project Engineer, …)
