Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure regular process support for sales teams including sample management, payments, on-boarding and leaving procedure handling, product complaint compensation processing, sales aids management, new joiner orientation, etc.
• Support sales teams for hospital tendering, including tender material collection, chop application, etc.
• Drive regional adoption of process, policies, reports and dashboards defined by leadership team.
• Office administration work support as necessary.
• Other projects and assignments from line manager and sales team leadership.

Qualification Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Relevant experiences in multi-national company.
• Proficient in oral & written English and Chinese, good PC skills.
• Excellent communication /interpersonal skills.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Self-awareness and Adaptability.
