In this position you will....

be a part of a small and strong-knit team responsible for driving business growth via both organic and inorganic avenues. Your core focus will be hands-on management and delivery of strategy projects, while also at times working with other team members to support fundraising and investor relation activities. You will work closely with the c-suite and senior leaders across Group, regional and country levels.

 You will be responsible for…

Strategic Coordination & Business Updates

  • Coordinate and synthesize regular business updates, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and operational highlights
  • Serve as a key liaison between regional teams, senior leadership, and group functions to foster alignment, transparency, and effective communication
  • Support development of regional dashboards, monthly and quarterly business reviews, as well as executive summaries to inform decision making
  • Develop high-quality visual and written content for internal and external communications, including leadership briefings, strategic presentations and regional townhalls
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and professionalism in all executive materials
  • Provide support to the Group CIO and CEO of EMEA in preparing presentations, briefing documents, and coordination of leadership workshops and offsites

 

Project-Based Value Creation

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance growth, operational efficiency, and innovation across the EMEA region
  • Partner with senior EMEA leadership team to identify strategic opportunities and drive execution of high-impact initiatives
  • Support business scaling efforts through process optimization, resource planning, and performance tracking
  • Conduct business performance analysis and deliver actionable insights to improve outcomes
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases, investment proposals, and strategic reviews for leadership consideration

 

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support

  • Provide analytical and coordination support for M&A activities across the EMEA region, including market research, target screening, and due diligence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to assess strategic fit and integration planning.
  • Assist in preparing executive materials and presentations related to M&A strategy, deal rationale, and post-merger integration

 You will require the following qualifications and skills                                                                                                               

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in business management, strategy, or consulting, ideally within a multinational or matrixed organization (exposure to insurance, insurtech, fintech or other financial services or B2B SaaS sectors highly desirable)
  • Tertiary degree in business, finance, economics, actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, engineering or similar subject with strong analytical background
  • Experience or exposure to M&A processes, including financial analysis, due diligence, and integration planning
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and analytical capabilities
  • Confident, structured and a self-starter who can take ownership of tasks and work independently to ensure quality output and timely completion
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across diverse geographies.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong command of verbal and written English, proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and executive-level storytelling.
