We Are Looking For:

• 1 x Full Time Receptionist (Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5pm) (Collins Street, Melbourne CBD)
• 1 x Full Time Receptionist (Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5pm) (Kew, Melbourne)

About The Opportunity:

As a Receptionist you’ll be benefiting from exceptional development opportunities to take you as far as you want to go;

• Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
• Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
• processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs and Medicare
• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
• High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

Who we’re looking for?

• Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• Clinics opens in early September with training to commence earlier in our South Yarra clinic
• Previous Psychology Reception experience will be highly considered 
• This role is flexible to be job shared for psychology students looking for 2-3 days per week.
• Experience with Best Practice Software is preferable
• You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about customer service and patient care
• Organised with attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
