TikTok Specialist is a core member of our social media team. The role focuses on producing original, engaging content for social media, with a strong emphasis on TikTok, using modern editing tools. Our goal is to help our clients grow through bold, creative marketing campaigns that stand out.

Responsibilities

Develop content ideas, concepts and scripts based on client needs
Produce original, high-quality TikTok videos
Shoot and edit short-form content for social media platforms
Add subtitles, music, effects, and transitions for a polished result
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the the social and creative team
Create visually engaging presentations for new projects
Keep up with digital trends and platform updates
Manage time and priorities based on project requirements

1+ years of experience with social media marketing-related positions in a digital marketing agency
Proven experience in video creation and editing
Confidence using tools like CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
Creativity, attention to detail, and fresh content ideas
Familiarity with basic equipment (cameras, mics, lighting)
Strong copywriting skills in both Greek and English
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn
Curiosity around trends, innovation, and AI
