Per Diem/Variable Shift

The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for Credena Health is responsible for coordination of medication related services as it pertains to specialty pharmacy. Responsibilities include promotion of evidence-based, safe, effective drug therapy, standardization of medication practices across the continuum, and coordination with drug procurement, inventory management and billing processes. Credena Health pharmacists interpret, dispense and monitor all physician prescriptions. Pharmacists provide the best possible drug therapy to Credena Health patients under the highest of professional standards.

Required Qualifications:

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
Minimum 2 years experience in retail, specialty, or ambulatory care pharmacy practice

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
