The Role & Key Responsibilities:
• Helpdesk telephonic support
• User desk-side support
• Basic Network support
• First line Microsoft Exchange / Office and AD support
• Documentation of procedures
• Installation of new desktop equipment
• Assisting in computer and associated equipment moves
Skills Required:
• Primarily must have excellent people skills to present a professional and posi
tive business attitude to all other areas of the business while delivering the
service.
• Good troubleshooting skills, able to resolve issues in an efficient and timely
manner so as to minimise the time business users are impacted by ICT down
time.
• Team Player
• Attention to detail when investigating and resolving issues
• Skill and experience with Active Directory
• A solid knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP and Windows 10 (2-3 years’
experience)
• Good administration, documentation and communication skills.
• Conscientious and reliable self-starter to work through the assigned trouble
tickets with the team.
• Fast learner, eager to grow with good initiative.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours.
• MCSE/A+ or similar qualification will be advantageous.
