Development Engineer.
Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Machine Learning Development Engineer supporting the Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICTx) R&D team. This role will develop machine learning algorithms to deliver life-changing medical devices to patients and clinicians in support of Client’s mission.
Responsibilities:
• Develop machine learning models for the AVVIGO+ guidance system.
• Organize, clean, and manipulate medical imaging datasets.
• Augment datasets to improve model performance.
• Train, tune, and validate ML models for classification and segmentation tasks.
• Collaborate with other ML scientists, algorithm engineers, and data engineers to achieve project goals.
• Create a strong team culture around high expectations & high performance.
• In all actions, demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the engineering, science, or similar discipline.
• Experience with image processing machine learning model development.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Scipy.
• 1-4 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with machine learning model development for medical images.
• Experience with computer vision.
• Experience with GitHub, Python repositories, and/or Docker containers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

· Schedule: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM (CDT)
· Contract Length: 12 Months
· Work Set-up: Hybrid (3-days onsite) in Maple Grove, MN
