The position in discussion is with the Engagement Support Hub Team at KRC, which is KPMG’s global delivery centre and an integral part of the firm’s strategy to enhance Audit Support and manage Risk administration portfolio.
KRC ESH provide solutions to various KPMG member firms. By leveraging insights and applying best practices, the team helps create customized approaches to Risk administration. The team’s capabilities include Client engagement acceptance and continuance, Audit/ Auditor Independence Support, Professional Etiquette Procedures, Bank Confirmations, Client Contracts & agreements, fee analysis, Invoice extraction, Charge code creation, audit documentation and management tools.

Work timings
9 AM to 5:30 PM (General Shift timings)
•Manage support activities for audit in relation to Roll-forward, KCw Support, Closeout, Hardstop and Confirmations team..
•Manage the volumes for respective Line of Business (LOBs) i.e. Client Engagement Acceptance & Continuance (CEAC), Audit/ Auditor Independence Support, Professional Etiquette Procedures, Bank Confirmation, Finance Assistance, KPMG Clara Collaboration and Workflow setup.
•Undertake smaller and medium-sized assignments independently or assist in larger assignments reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager
•Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members through weekly meetings and calls with onshore stakeholders
•Provide regular updates on work pipeline, discussions with onshore teams to the entire team
•Provide support/assistance for proposals/business development
•Monitor and take ownership of own effective utilization.
•Managing Functional and personal Mailbox.

Educational qualifications
•Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with an excellent academic result.Work experience
•Minimum of 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a Big 4 consulting firm.Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Good oral and written communication skills in English.
•Ability to apply critical thinking while analysing the raw data received from client or third parties.
•Strong organizational skill, attention to detail, training, and mentoring skills.
•Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
