Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital design services and products.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to align sales strategies with user-centric design principles.
• Conduct client discovery sessions using Design Thinking methodologies to uncover pain points and propose tailored solutions.
• Present and demonstrate UI/UX capabilities to clients, showcasing how design enhances business outcomes.
• Develop proposals and pitch decks that integrate design strategy and business value.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Stay updated on digital design trends, tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD), and emerging technologies.

Required Skills 

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital design services.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking frameworks (e.g., empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey design value to non-design stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketers.

Preferred Extras

• Experience using design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Background in product design or UX research.
• Certifications in Design Thinking or UX Design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
