EDI Analyst

• You have 2+ years of experience in billing.
• You are proficient in EDI 834, email management, information technology, and Troubleshooting. 
• English - Conversational.

• Manage multiple ongoing vendor integrations for customers, ensuring successful data exchange.
• Communicate and follow up frequently with vendors to ensure smooth integration processes.
• Ensure timelines and expectations are met with internal requesters and vendors.
• Monitor integration processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Maintain documentation of integrations, progress, and issues.
• Follow internal processes using tools like HubSpot for tracking.
• Continuously improve processes based on feedback from teams and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, IT, or a technical role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and email skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience (preferred, but not required).
