Compensation:
USD1.2K - 1.55K/month.

- Deliver quality products and services.

- Comply with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement of the quality management system.
- You have 2+ years of experience in billing.
- You are proficient in EDI 834, email management, information technology, and Troubleshooting.
- English - Conversational.
- Manage multiple ongoing vendor integrations for customers, ensuring successful data exchange.
- Communicate and follow up frequently with vendors to ensure smooth integration processes.
- Ensure timelines and expectations are met with internal requesters and vendors.
- Monitor integration processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Maintain documentation of integrations, progress, and issues.
- Follow internal processes using tools like HubSpot for tracking.
- Continuously improve processes based on feedback from teams and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, IT, or a technical role.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and email skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience (preferred, but not required).
