Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Graduate Apprentice trainee will be playing system team coordinator role

• Schedule recurring ST meetings with clear agenda, keep minutes of meeting and ensure follow up and execution of decisions taken and tasks defined
• Support System Team (ST) Lead in meeting co-ordination, task tracking, progress monitoring & reporting the status
• Support ST Lead in controlling the task tracker & Circulate minutes of meetings (MoM) to CFT members.
• Support and co-ordinate System Teams from holistic project point of view and track cost reduction measures
• Coordinate solution for open issues with all stake holders to ensure that open items are closed within required time frame
• Track change requests (series & field quality) for CFT approvals during evaluation phase
• Tracking of tasks aligned in System Team meetings through structured plan and defined deliverables by adhering to QCD targets (Quality, Cost & Delivery time)
• Learning of product (Aggregate specific) and process based on co-ordination with stake holders of ST for the list of tasks

 

B.E/B.Tech - Last Three yrs Passed candidate are eligible 2025, 2024 & 2023
